How to Make Rocky Road Ingredients you will need  are: 200g digestive biscuits (Rich Tea can also be used) 135g butter or margarine 200g dark chocolate (we always use the cheapest dark chocolate we can find and it always tastes great!)  2-3 tbsp golden syrup 100g mini marshmallows (chopped regular marshmallows work too) icing sugar, to dust (not essential) Optional (up to 100g) raisins, dried cranberries or any dried fruit nuts popcorn honeycomb broken into pieces  (RECOMMENDED!) Equipment you will need: Hand soap and towel, Saucepan, Spoon, Kitchen scales, rolling pin, food grade plastic bag, baking tin approx A4 paper in size (200 x 300 mm ish), dishcloth, tea towel, washing up liquid

                                              S a t u r d a y b l o g   Sorry I haven't blogged in ages ☹  . But luckily I'm going to do it every Saturday now. I'm in year six. I do scouts every Monday and I'm doing a bake sale this Monday [ 10th of February 2020 ]  at Crowmarsh village hall ( near Wallingford in Oxford ) come if you can. I will make rocky road 😋 (locally famous).  We're saving up for a trip to HMS Belfast. which is camping on the famous boat in London and we'll go around London having fun so please give a donation or buy a cake.
