Band concert On Saturday 15th December I did  a band concert .First a different band went on then we played but two people went in the waiting room early so someone else went in then I went in then everyone who is in my band were in there and we ended up in there for ages . these are the songs I played: super trooper walking in  the air blase away The first video is super trooper. On the weekend I did a camp for cubs to get new badges at the village hall. First I played some games then I looked at maps and then I did a hike to Benson lock  then to castle  gardens then back to the village hall. After that we made posters about history in Walingford and Crowmarsh. Then we made Lego models and then we made  a campfire and sung some songs we also roasted marshmallows. Then we played instruments (if we had them) . Finally we went to sleep. (they did feed us)

My Homework At school I do homework  every week and share it on Fridays. This week I did a powerpoint about Pangolins.  I chose that because in my National Geographic for kids I saw an article about Pangolins called Pangolin patrol.  this is what it looks like: you can find my powerpoint at: Slides about Pangolins

I do Cornet lessons every Thursday. On Fridays I do Band  which is practising the Cornet and we play some games.my favourite peace is ode to joy which you can hear below. How are Cornet players like pirates?answer below 😊 they both murder in the high cs

I play piano and cornet. I play piano in concerts at school when they have a music and poetry evening, this is what it sounds like: my sister also plays the piano and she does the poetry evenings right now she's on her year 6 residential and there not allowed any tablets,everyone there is probably missing my blog . (if they read  it) next time you get to hear  my cornet :) 

This is Lillie She  is a chocolate Labrador  (that doesn't mean we feed her chocolate) She likes anything to eat especially socks and t-towels!!!! She likes a game where you chase her around the  table it always makes me dizzy. on her birthday and at Christmas we sometimes wrap up her presents and I once  tried to help her unwrap a bone and she growled. That's how much dogs like bones!!!! Every night Lillie comes in the lounge and jumps up on the sofa and sometimes goes to sleep.

This is Morris (my cat) His favourite food is dreamies. He likes snuggling up to me on my bed. Sometimes we call him Hairy because he has so much fur that we might not be able to see him any more. Sometimes he moves the book that I'm reading and licks me in the face. What looks like half a cat?  Answer below The other half

On my birthday, we went to a hawk conservancy  https://hawk-conservancy.digitickets.co.uk/tickets and I got so close to birds I had to duck (get it?) My dad almost got his hat taken off by a vulture ha ha ha. They chose me and another  boy to stand in the middle  of a flying arena. I had no  idea what I was going to do then an Owl flew between us. I felt the tip of the wing brush me. ↗ wow!!!! I have 2 pets: a dog called Lillie  a cat called Morris

Hi, I'm  Ben I was 9 last week, I went swimming with my friends in the river.  Yesterday a fisherman found a world war 2 grenade near where we were swimming and the bomb squad exploded it . Luckily we didn't find it otherwise my party would have gone off with a bang.
